Main technical content: This document specifies the microarray gene chip detection technology for 10 important pathogens, including the shrimp white spot syndrome virus, the infectious subcutaneous and hematopoietic tissue necrosis virus, the decapod iridescent virus, the infectious myonecrosis virus, the Taura virus, the yellowhead virus, the R. donaldsoni Noda virus of the Palaemonidae, the Penaeus monodon Sato virus, the shrimp liver-intestinal nematode, and the pathogenic plasmid-bearing Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
