Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, and the establishment of a system (twelve steps) for the implementation of HACCP in beer enterprises. This standard applies to the identification, evaluation, and control of significant hazards in the products and production processes of beer enterprises (HACCP). When implementing this standard, enterprises are encouraged to add or modify some content based on the actual production situation to ensure that the HACCP system is suitable for the enterprise's target products.
