Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining the content of gold nanorods in living cells using ultraviolet/visible/near-infrared extinction spectroscopy. This standard is applicable to the quantitative measurement of the content of gold nanorod structures in living cells, and the quantitative measurement of the content of other rod-shaped noble metal nanostructures in living cells can also be carried out in accordance with this standard.
