Scope
This section standardizes the economic evaluation method for power quality in public distribution networks, and provides an evaluation method for the economic losses caused by typical power quality issues in public distribution networks, as well as an economic evaluation method for the power quality management solutions of distribution network operators.
This section is applicable to the economic evaluation of power quality issues in public distribution networks. Other distribution networks, such as factory power grids, can refer to and implement it accordingly.
