This section specifies the principles of economic evaluation of power quality for electricity users, the composition of economic costs, the method of evaluating economic losses, the method of evaluating the economic feasibility of treatment solutions, the evaluation process, and the evaluation indicators. This section only evaluates the direct economic losses caused by power quality problems and the indirect economic losses caused by power quality problems resulting in a reduction in the number of products or the formation of defective products. This section is applicable to the economic evaluation of power quality for electricity users.
