This standard specifies the technical requirements, energy consumption limit indicators, energy consumption statistical scope, and calculation methods for evaluating the energy consumption of paper production enterprises in the production of household paper. This standard is applicable to the calculation, control, and assessment of energy consumption in household paper production enterprises (excluding pulp making and post-processing), as well as the admission assessment of new and modified/expanded production lines.
