Scope

Scope: This document establishes an indicator system for the grading evaluation of cleaning and maintenance service organizations, stipulates the value assignment rules for the evaluation indicators, and describes the rules for forming the evaluation results. This document is applicable to the grading and evaluation of all types of cleaning and maintenance service organizations. Main technical content: The terms and definitions defined in DB11/T 658 and the following apply to this document. An organization is an entity that provides cleaning and maintenance services for a fee. The evaluation results ranging from 57 to 67 points (inclusive) are classified as "Level 3 Cleaning and Maintenance Service Organizations"; those ranging from 68 to 76 points (inclusive) are classified as "Level 2 Cleaning and Maintenance Service Organizations"; and those exceeding 76 points are classified as "Level 1 Cleaning and Maintenance Service Organizations".
