Scope

This standard specifies the type specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of infrared radiation heaters for non-metallic substrates. This standard applies to various low-temperature, medium-temperature, and high-temperature electric infrared radiation heaters (hereinafter referred to as heaters) that use non-metallic materials such as silicon carbide, zircon sand, quartz glass, microcrystalline glass, ceramics, blackened zirconium, ferromagnetic materials, vanadium-titanium black ceramics, semiconductor heating plates, carbon crystal heating boards, carbon fiber boards, polyester films, etc. as the radiation substrate, and alloy resistance wires, carbon fiber resistance wires, resistance films, conductive ceramics, and other electric heating materials as the heating elements.
