Scope: This evaluation standard aims to provide a reference and basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive strength of new entity enterprises during their survival period. This evaluation standard stipulates the principles, standards, and methods that should be followed when evaluating the comprehensive strength of new entity enterprises. This evaluation standard applies to new entity enterprises registered and engaged in business activities within China; Main technical content: The evaluation score of new entity enterprises is calculated through a three-level evaluation index system, including 3 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators, and 17 third-level indicators, to reflect the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. This evaluation standard conducts quantitative indicator analysis of the comprehensive strength of new entity enterprises in different fields and allows for vertical and horizontal comparisons. The evaluation clauses stipulated in this evaluation standard are universally applicable. After the release of this standard, it can be used as a reference basis for the comprehensive evaluation of new entity enterprises in China.
