Scope
This standard specifies the marking methods for metal plating and chemical treatment. This standard applies to the marking of metal and non-metal parts subjected to electroplating, chemical plating, and chemical treatment. The marking methods for the chemical treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces can refer to the general marking methods specified in this standard. Note: Where there are requirements for metal plating and chemical treatment that are not specified in this standard, it is allowed to explain them in the relevant technical documents.
