Scope
本标准规定了用于分析银河宇宙线对空间硬件、生物体和其他物体的辐射效应的模型，为科学研究提供银河宇宙线通量的实验论据。
本标准给出了能量范围为10 MeV~105MeV的银河宇宙线粒子（近地空间地磁场外的电子、质子和核电荷数为Z=2到92的粒子）的模型参数。
