Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the trace metal elements and sulfur content in petroleum coke using wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This standard is applicable to raw petroleum coke or calcined petroleum coke samples, and the elements and their content ranges are listed in Table 1.
