Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection and marking, transportation, storage, etc. for silicone adhesives used for bonding the back rails of ground-mounted photovoltaic modules.
This standard applies to silicone adhesives used for bonding the back rail structures of crystalline silicon photovoltaic double-glass modules and thin-film modules.
This standard does not apply to photovoltaic modules with concentrators.
