Scope

This standard applies to the energy resource measurement and energy consumption data collection of civil airport terminals and their affiliated cold and heat source stations, flight areas, control towers, aircraft maintenance, and cargo handling areas. This standard applies to the new construction, expansion, and renovation projects of civil airports with an annual passenger throughput of over 500,000, as well as existing airports (with priority given to the earlier of the designed throughput and actual throughput). Other civil airports may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
