DB63/T 1227-2013 Chinese Hippophae low-yielding forest transformation technical specification
Basic Information
Scope
This regulation stipulates that the ecological forests established by Chinese sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L. subsp. sinensis Rousi) in their suitable growing areas, after being artificially transformed to maintain their original ecological benefits, should maximize their economic benefits. By determining the site and age of the transformed stands, using methods and measures such as arranging male and female trees, controlling reasonable density, fertilizing the forest land, preventing and controlling forest diseases, pests, and harmful organisms, and pruning the tree crowns, the stands should be transformed into ecological-economic forests. This regulation applies to the forest stands of the same site conditions and age in the distribution areas of Chinese sea buckthorn throughout the province.
