Scope: This document specifies the quality standards, safety requirements, inspection methods, grading, and packaging of Wencheng plums. This document applies to plum products within the scope of the Wencheng Plum Geographical Indication Certification Mark; Main technical content: 1.1 Basic requirements: Visual inspection and tasting methods are used. 1.2 The fruit surface and flesh pillar are measured by visual inspection. 1.3 The single fruit weight is measured using a 0.1g precision balance. 1.4 The soluble solids are measured in accordance with the provisions of NY/T 2637-2014. 1.5 The total acidity is measured in accordance with the provisions of GB 12456-2021. 1.6 Vitamin C is measured in accordance with the provisions of GB 5009.86-2016 (Second Method).
