Scope
Scope: This regulation stipulates the operational techniques for the harvesting of bamboo shoots, product grading and quality requirements, initial screening, packaging, pre-cooling storage, unloading from storage, and transportation, etc. This regulation applies to the post-harvest processing of shelled bamboo shoots in the mountainous areas of Lishui City. Main technical content: 4.1.1 The environmental technical conditions for cultivation in the production area shall comply with the relevant provisions on ecological environment and cultivation process in T/LSSGB 001 Chapter 4 and 5. 4.1.2 Planting requirements: Strengthen planting management and implement the provisions in DB33/T 2090 Chapter 6 and T/LSSGB 001 Chapter 5, etc. 4.2 Quality requirements 4.2.1 The quality requirements for bamboo shoots shall comply with the relevant provisions of NY/T 1048, and the limits of other pollutants and the maximum residue limits of pesticides shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763. 4.2.2 The bamboo shoots should be fresh, plump, without rotting, mold, or pest spots, with smooth cuts. There should be no rotten bamboo shoots, moldy bamboo shoots, or pest-infested bamboo shoots, and no obvious impurities. The surface should not be covered with large pieces of mud. 4.3 Product grading The quality grading indicators for bamboo shoots are shown in Table 1. Second grade <100, >250 <200, >350 Meet the requirements of 6.1.2, with no obvious damage to the shoot body. The edible rate shall be not less than 40%.
