Scope

This standard applies to Francis turbines, axial turbines, draft-type turbines, and diversion-type and oblique-jet type hydraulic turbines with a rated power of 0.5 MW to 10 MW and a runner diameter of less than or equal to 3.3 m. Prototype hydraulic turbine products with a power output lower than the above-mentioned conditions can be used as a reference for application.
