Scope
This standard applies to the evaluation of excellent construction quality of the conventional island and auxiliary supporting facilities of nuclear power plants on the basis of qualified engineering quality, excluding buildings and facilities not directly related to production, such as office buildings and canteens in the plant area. The entrance roads, docks, production areas in the front of the plant, administrative office buildings, and projects outside the production areas are not included in the evaluation.
