Main technical content: 4.1 The harvesting period should be from October to November of the same year. 4.2 Post-harvest processing: After harvesting, remove fresh angelica with diseases, insects, or damage. Then, gently tap the heads of the fresh angelica with slats, shake off the soil, and carefully place them in sacks or woven bags for transportation to a ventilated drying area. 5 Drying: After transportation, spread the angelica out for drying promptly.
