Scope

This standard applies to electrical equipment on liquid cargo ships that carry liquids or liquefied gases that are inherently flammable or become flammable when reacting with other substances. Unless otherwise specified in this standard, the provisions of other parts of IEC 60092 also apply to liquid cargo ships.
