Scope

This guidance technical document specifies the general requirements for reliability verification tests of overcurrent protection circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) used in household and similar environments. This guidance technical document is applicable to products that comply with the provisions of GB 10963.1—2005 and GB 10963.2—2003. In addition to the verification test plan and test procedures, this guidance technical document is also applicable to the reliability determination tests of products. This guidance technical document can be used as a guiding document for manufacturing enterprises to establish reliability indicators and test methods for circuit breakers.
