Scope

This document specifies the classification of transfer devices for people with disabilities, supplier requirements, the configuration service process, configuration service requirements, and verification methods. This document applies to the configuration services of transfer devices for people with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as transfer devices). This document does not apply to the configuration services of the following transfer devices: -- Transfer devices for moving people who are not in wheelchairs into and out of vehicles (GB/T 16432-2016, section 12.12.15); -- Assistive devices for moving people in wheelchairs into and out of vehicles (GB/T 16432-2016, section 12.12.18); -- Stair-climbing devices (GB/T 16432-2016, section 12.17.03); -- Vertical transport assistive devices (GB/T 16432-2016, section 18.30).
