GB/T 25963-2010 Determination of aromatic hydrocarbon types in middle distillates containing fatty acid methyl esters—High performance liquid chromatography method with refractive index detection
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining the content of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and tricyclic+ aromatic hydrocarbons in diesel fuel containing less than 5% fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) and petroleum fractions with a distillation range of 150 °C to 400 °C by high-performance liquid chromatography. The content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is determined by adding the content of bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and tricyclic+ aromatic hydrocarbons, and the total aromatic hydrocarbon content is determined by adding the content of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and tricyclic+ aromatic hydrocarbons.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and tricyclic+ aromatic hydrocarbons in diesel fuel containing less than 5% fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) and petroleum fractions with a distillation range of 150 °C to 400 °C. The method precision was determined in the range where the mass fraction of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the sample is 6% to 30%, the mass fraction of bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 1% to 10%, the mass fraction of tricyclic+ aromatic hydrocarbons is 0 to 2%, the mass fraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 1% to 12%, and the total aromatic hydrocarbon content is 7% to 42%. Compounds containing sulfur, nitrogen, and oxygen in the sample may affect the measurement results. Single alkenes do not affect the measurement results, but conjugated dienes and conjugated polyenes may affect the measurement results.
