Scope
This standard specifies the structure of high-pressure coaxial connectors of two types, the dimensions of their mating parts, and their main electrical performance. This standard applies to high-pressure coaxial connectors used in connection with nuclear electronic instruments. Products manufactured in accordance with the structures, dimensions, and technical requirements specified in this standard can achieve complete interchangeability with similar foreign products in terms of mechanical and electrical performance. For coaxial cable connectors used in signal transmission, see the three signal connectors recommended in Appendix A.
