Scope
This document specifies the determination of phosphorus content in aluminum-iron, aluminum-manganese-iron, and silicon-aluminum-manganese-iron alloys using the phosphorus-bismuth-molybdenum blue spectrophotometric method. This document is applicable to the determination of phosphorus content in aluminum-iron, aluminum-manganese-iron, and silicon-aluminum-manganese-iron alloys. The measurement range (mass fraction) is 0.0050% to 0.050%.
