GB/T 41895-2022 Determination for DNA viruses of cell—MNP marker method
Basic Information
Scope
This document describes the reagents or materials, instrumentation, measurement steps, quality control, result calculation and presentation, and pollution prevention and biosafety measures used to determine the presence of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) viruses in samples using the MNP (polynucleotide polymorphism) marking method. This document is applicable to the qualitative detection of adenovirus (AdV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), varicella-zoster virus (VZV), cytomegalovirus (CMV), herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV1), herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV2), human bocavirus (HBoV), human herpesvirus type 6 (HHV6), and human herpesvirus type 7 (HHV7). The method specified in this document has a detection limit (LOD) of 10 copies/reaction for a single virus.
