Scope
This regulation applies to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of newly manufactured, in-use, and repaired digital electroencephalographs. The digital electroencephalography measurement modules in other electroencephalography measurement devices can be implemented with reference to this regulation.
This regulation does not apply to telemetric electroencephalographs, dynamic electroencephalography recorders, brain function monitors, and electroencephalography measurement devices for special purposes.
