This document specifies the classification and designations of rare earth high-carbon chromium bearing steel, the content of orders, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, markings, and quality certificates. This document is applicable to the production of bearing rings and rolling elements made from rare earth high-carbon chromium bearing steel, including hot-rolled and forged round bars, disc strips, cold-drawn round steel (straight bars or disc-shaped), steel wires, and seamless steel pipes.
