Scope
本文件描述了一种客观的光闪烁计，可用于以下目的。--测量照明设备在不引入照度闪烁相关的电压波动下的固有性能，在此测量期间，对照明设备提供稳定的电源。--测试照明设备在照度闪烁方面，对于施加在交流电源上的（无意的）电压波动的抗扰性能；在此测试期间，对交流电源施加一组规定的电压波动，并确定照明设备对干扰的抗扰度。除上述两个目的外，照明设备的抗扰性还可以在带有预定电压波动的交流电源下进行试验，例如来自电源传送信号。然而，本文件并未对此做进一步详细定义。
