Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of inductive micrometers.
This standard applies to inductive micrometers with a scale division of 0.1μm and 1μm, and a measuring range of no more than 2mm, which are indicated by a pointer (hereinafter referred to as "micrometers").
