Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of digital inductive micrometers.
This standard applies to digital inductive micrometers (hereinafter referred to as "micrometers") with a resolution of 0.01μm, 0.1μm, and 1μm, and a measuring range of no more than 2mm.
