This document establishes an analysis procedure for fire defect analysis of pure electric vehicles, describing the methods of in-depth analysis of fire accident information of pure electric vehicles, batch vehicle information analysis methods, defect engineering analysis test methods, defect identification and judgment, and the content of defect analysis reports.
