Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for miniature electric pumps. It stipulates the test devices and measuring instruments for miniature electric pumps, the test conditions for miniature electric pumps, the test of miniature electric motors, the performance test of miniature electric pumps, the cavitation test, the self-priming performance test of self-priming pumps, and the test records and test reports of miniature electric pumps, etc.
This standard is applicable to all types of miniature electric pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps) with a coaxial arrangement of electric motors and pumps, with a power supply voltage of ≤440 V and a frequency of 50 Hz and 60 Hz.
