Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of lycopene in health foods. This standard is applicable to the determination of lycopene added to health foods as the main functional ingredient. When the sampling amount is 1.0 g, the sample is diluted to 10 mL, and the injection amount is 10 μL, the limit of detection (LOD) is 3 × 10 -4 g/kg, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) is 1 × 10 -3 g/kg. The linear range is 0.200 μg/mL to 20.0 μg/mL.
