Scope

This standard specifies the determination method for coenzyme Q10 in health food products. This standard applies to the determination of coenzyme Q10 added to health food products as the main active ingredient. When the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) is 3, the sampling amount is 5.0 g, the volume is adjusted to 25 mL, and the injection amount is 10 μL, the limit of detection (LOD) is 1.6×10 -4 g/100 g; when the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) is 10, the sampling amount is 5.0 g, the volume is adjusted to 25 mL, and the injection amount is 10 μL, the limit of quantification (LOQ) is 5.0×10 -4 g/100 g.
