本文件描述了饲料中胆汁酸的液相色谱串联质谱和高效液相色谱测定方法。
本文件液相色谱-串联质谱法适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料和精料补充料中胆汁酸(猪胆酸、猪去氧胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸)的测定，高效液相色谱法适用于添加剂预混合饲料和混合型饲料添加剂中胆汁酸(猪胆酸、猪去氧胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸)的测定。
本文件猪胆酸、猪去氧胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸液相色谱串联质谱法的定量限均为0.10 mg/kg；高效液相色谱法添加剂预混合饲料的定量限均为100 mg/kg，混合型饲料添加剂的定量限均为1 000 mg/kg。
