Scope: This document is applicable to the internal self-evaluation and external third-party certification of "Cotton City Quality" agricultural and food product producers within Awati County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Main technical content: Based on the actual situation of the survey, this document formulates the "Technical Management Specifications for 'Cotton City Quality' Breeding Products". This document is divided into 7 chapters, the main contents of which are: (I) Scope This chapter clarifies that this document is applicable to the internal self-evaluation and external third-party certification of "Cotton City Quality" production and operation entities within Awati County. (II) Normative reference documents This chapter clarifies the normative documents referenced in this document. (III) Terminology and definitions This chapter clarifies the definition of "Cotton City Quality" products as defined in this document. (IV) Ecological environment This chapter clarifies the requirements for the climate, livestock and poultry drinking water, and environment in the breeding areas of production and operation entities. (V) Breeding requirements This chapter mainly sets forth requirements for the feeding, treatment, and slaughter activities during the breeding process of production and operation entities, as well as requirements for packaging, storage, transportation, and waste disposal. (VI) Quality requirements This chapter mainly sets forth requirements for the quality indicators of products. (VII) Record and traceability This chapter mainly sets forth requirements for production and operation entities to conduct effective traceability of breeding products from breeding to sales at all stages.
