Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements and measures for epidemic prevention and control of high-risk personnel and key links of non-cold chain imported goods during the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (hereinafter referred to as "COVID-19"). This document applies to the epidemic prevention and control work of all links and personnel of non-cold chain imported goods during the outbreak of COVID-19. When applicable to the outbreak of other infectious diseases, it can be implemented with reference to this document.
