GB/T 11060.11-2014 Natural gas—Determination of sulfur compounds—Part 11:Determination of hydrogen sulfide content by length-of-stain detector tubes method
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 11060 specifies the test method for determining the hydrogen sulfide content in natural gas using colorimetric length detection tubes.
This part is applicable to the rapid determination of hydrogen sulfide content in natural gas, with a measurement range of 0.5×10-6 to 0.4 (by volume fraction).
Note: Sulfur dioxide and mercaptans usually cause positive interference, while nitrogen dioxide may cause negative interference in certain cases. Most detection tubes are equipped with pre-cleaning layers to eliminate certain interferences. For specific interference information, please refer to the detection tube manual.
This part does not address all safety issues related to its use. Before using this part, it is the user's responsibility to establish appropriate safety and protection measures and determine its applicability before use.
