This part of GB/T 17215 reflects some of the most important terms used in international standards following the publication of IEC 62051 in 1999. These new terms are used in DLMS/COSEM, which is described in detail in the GB/T 19882 and GB/T 19897 series of standards, primarily related to data exchange with measurement devices.
