Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the energy consumption quota (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) of iron pellets per unit product, the methods of energy consumption statistics and calculation, and energy-saving management and measures. This standard applies to the calculation and evaluation of energy consumption of iron pellets per unit product for blast furnaces produced from iron ore concentrate, as well as the control of energy consumption in new projects. It does not apply to pre-reduced pellets.
