Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, defect classification, sampling, and pass/fail criteria for competitive electric four-wheel drive vehicles. This standard applies to competitive electric four-wheel drive vehicles with a working voltage of no more than 24V, intended for children and adolescents aged 8 and above. This standard does not apply to toy four-wheel drive vehicles intended for children's play and use, non-commercial model products, or model products powered by internal combustion engines. Note: Battery chargers are not considered competitive electric four-wheel drive products, even if they are provided with the product, but they should comply with the requirements of relevant national standards.
