Scope
This standard defines the identifiers used in cryptographic applications, which are used to standardize the representation and use of algorithm identifiers, key identifiers, device identifiers, data identifiers, protocol identifiers, role identifiers, etc. This standard is applicable to guiding the development and use of cryptographic devices and systems, and to standardizing the use of identifiers during this process. It can also be used to guide the use of identifiers in the preparation of other related standards or protocols. This standard is only applicable to the PKI system.
