GB/T 702-2008 Hot-rolled steel bars—Dimensions,shape,weight and tolerances
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the cross-sectional shape, cross-sectional dimensions, weight, and allowable deviations of hot-rolled steel bars (round steel, square steel, flat steel, hexagonal steel, and octagonal steel), as well as their length and allowable deviations, appearance, and marking examples. This standard applies to hot-rolled round steel with a diameter of 5.5 mm to 310 mm and hot-rolled square steel with a side length of 5.5 mm to 200 mm; hot-rolled flat steel for general use with a thickness of 3 mm to 60 mm, a width of 10 mm to 200 mm, and a rectangular cross-section; hot-rolled hexagonal steel with a distance between opposite sides of 8 mm to 70 mm and hot-rolled octagonal steel with a distance between opposite sides of 16 mm to 40 mm; and hot-rolled tool steel flat steel with a thickness of 4 mm to 100 mm, a width of 10 mm to 310 mm, and a rectangular cross-section.
