Scope

This standard clearly stipulates the technical requirements for the management of construction projects within the main river courses and estuaries of Guangdong Province. Other construction projects within the management scope of rivers, estuaries, lakes (including artificial lakes), reservoirs, artificial waterways, and flood detention areas may refer to this standard for implementation. The construction of water conservancy projects within the management scope of river courses shall comply with the provisions of the relevant current national and industry standards.
