Scope
This document stipulates the terms and definitions of pollutant emission standards in the coal washing industry, the requirements for pollutant emission control, pollutant monitoring requirements, and the determination of compliance and implementation and supervision. This document applies to the management of pollutant emissions from coal washing enterprises within the jurisdiction of Shanxi Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, issuance of pollution discharge permits, and completion environmental protection acceptance for new, modified, and expanded coal washing enterprise projects. The management of pollutant emissions from screening and crushing processes and dynamic screening and jigging processes supporting coal mines shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
