Scope

This standard applies to fixed-ratio, DC resistance dividers with a rated input voltage of up to 1.5 kV and a class index of 0.1 [1 000 ppm (parts per million)] or better.
This standard applies to all equipment that is either included or provided by the manufacturer (or responsible supplier) as the main component of the divider.
This standard does not apply to auxiliary equipment.
