Scope
This specification applies to the calibration of angular motion sensors (including angular acceleration, angular velocity, and angular displacement sensors) using angular impact excitation methods within the ranges of angular acceleration of 500°/s2 to 15,000°/s2 (pulse width of 5 ms to 30 ms), angular velocity of 5°/s to 600°/s (pulse width of 20 ms to 100 ms), and angular displacement of 0.5° to 100° (pulse width of 30 ms to 150 ms).
