本文件描述了饲料中盐酸氨丙啉、乙氧酰胺苯甲酯和磺胺喹噁啉的高效液相色谱和液相色谱串联质谱测定方法。
本文件适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、精料补充料、添加剂预混合饲料和混合型饲料添加剂中盐酸氨丙啉、乙氧酰胺苯甲酯和磺胺喹噁啉的测定。
本文件高效液相色谱法中盐酸氨丙啉检出限为10 mg/kg，定量限为20 mg/kg；乙氧酰胺苯甲酯检出限为0.2 mg/kg，定量限为0.4 mg/kg；磺胺喹噁啉检出限为6 mg/kg，定量限为12 mg/kg。液相色谱串联质谱法检出限均为0.02 mg/kg，定量限均为0.05 mg/kg。
